Credits are the currency used to play claw machines. Each play costs a set number of credits depending on the machine and the prizes inside. Purchase credits in packages, and they'll stay in your account until you use them — they never expire.

When you play a claw machine and the claw successfully grabs a prize, you earn tickets. Tickets accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for prizes in our Prize Store. The bigger and rarer the prize you grab, the more tickets you earn.

Domestic shipping within the United States is free on all prize redemptions. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. We ship worldwide.

Yes! Clawmazing works on any device with a modern web browser. Play on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. On mobile, use touch controls. On desktop, use your keyboard or mouse.

Absolutely. Every claw machine on Clawmazing is a real, physical machine in our facility. You watch a live video stream and control the actual claw in real-time. Nothing is simulated — what you see is what you get.
